Let me
explain. I’ve known them both for roughly 5.8 years, ever since I started working
at that loony bin disguised as a website. I have to say, most of the
friendships I made there have been the ones forged in Mordor. I, therefore, had
been curious about Mabie’s Mordor. What does it look like? Was it like the
Outlook Hotel? Basically, anong engkanto ba ang andun at parang sinasaniban ng
masamang espiritu ng kaabnormalan ang mga taong sinasama ni Mabie dun?
Everybody
has that I guess, that dark corner of your soul where the FOs lie in wait
before they spring up in your face like demented Jacks in a Box. It’s one of
those crazy epiphanies, the ones when you suddenly up and realize that you
better just cut your losses and cut clean at the soonest possible time. (It’s
never really “clean” though – there’s bound to be blood, and sometimes it isn’t
even mutual. A friend will break up with you and you can’t do anything about it
but start cleaning up the mess.)
Wait, I
thought I had a point. Ah, yes. I had my apprehensions, simply because I was
afraid I’d lose something in there. I’m happy to report though that I didn’t
lose anything. I instead was treated to a great night of music.
PS. Dear
Bullet Dumas, ang galing mo, leche ka.
