About

I’m a freelance writer and web developer (who you can totally hire if you like), and one of my major projects is my 1972 Volkswagen Beetle. You’ll see me harp about the bug a whole bunch of times and about a whole slew of other things (i.e. video games, movies, books, and sites, among other things), so be prepared.

You’ll probably read me harp about a bunch of other things, but I do hope you stick around. If you want to contact me, leave a message below.

  1. Hi. I would just like to give you a thumbs up for all the chronicling that you've done about the experiences you have endured with your VW. I can comfortably say that I can relate, having driven a VW since grade 7 which I inherited. It gave me all sorts of problems that I had to figure out myself or with a trusted mechanic. Anyway. Fast forward today, our VW is running and looking well thanks to my dad who restored it. I also learned a few tricks from my mechanic. I now do the regular tune-ups and maintenance myself. My dad bought me a book entitled "How to Keep Your Volkwagen Alive" by John Muir. You might want to have this book. Its available at National Book Store as a special order and costs around 2000 bucks if im not mistaken. It helped me a lot. Maybe you can add me on facebook http://www.facebook.com/sirch.ortsac.7 or j51rhc@yahoo.com.
    Thanks

  2. Hi! :) Thanks for the comment. I've been looking for that book actually, I haven't gotten around to getting it though.
